By accessing or using INSYTE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use INSYTE. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
INSYTE is a prediction platform where users make predictions on real-world events. Users earn ELO points based on prediction accuracy. Users may be eligible for cash bounties when they make correct predictions on qualifying markets. The Platform is free to use and does not require any payment to participate.
Cash bounties are awarded at INSYTE's sole discretion. To receive a payout, you must provide valid payment information and comply with any verification requirements. INSYTE reserves the right to withhold or cancel bounties in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms. Payouts may be subject to tax reporting requirements.

INSYTE determines the outcome of prediction markets based on publicly available information and official sources. INSYTE's determination of market outcomes is final. In cases of ambiguity or unforeseen circumstances, INSYTE may void a market and cancel all associated predictions.
The Platform and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by INSYTE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written consent.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INSYTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSYTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
INSYTE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
INSYTE may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
